A space with four roles

Every space has an Owner. Admins invite people and manage the members. Editors add, change, and remove boards, collections, and items. Viewers read everything and change nothing. Invite by email and pick the role as you send it.

A link that needs no account

Turn on the link for a board or a collection and send it anywhere. The person who opens it sees the cards and their links, read only, without signing up. Your saved article text stays in your space: a shared link shows the card and the link, never the copy.

Save a copy

Anyone with an Omamo account can save a copy of a shared board or collection to their own desk, and change it as they like. Your board stays as it is.

Off at once

Turn the link off and it stops working that moment, for everyone who has it.

Who can see my boards?

Only you and the people you invite to a space. Each person gets a role. On Pro, you can also give someone a single board, to view or to edit, and they see nothing else in the space. A board or collection with its link turned on can also be opened by anyone who has that link, read only.

Can I share a board with someone who does not use Omamo?

Yes. Turn on the link for a board or a collection and send it. They see it without an account, read only, and can save a copy to their own desk. Turn the link off and it stops working at once.

What happens when I delete something?

It moves to the trash for 30 days. You can restore it with one click until then.
