Who we are

Omamo is run by Dhruv Kothari, in India. Write tokotharidhruv25@gmail.com with any question about these terms.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account, and you must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so keep your Google account secure.

Your content

What you save stays yours. You give us permission to store, process, and show it only to run Omamo for you and for the people you share it with. You are responsible for what you save and share, and for having the right to save it.

Fair use

• Do not use Omamo for anything illegal, or to store or share unlawful content.
• Do not try to break, overload, or get around the limits or security of the service.
• Do not use Omamo to send spam or to harm other people.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Plans and payment

Free has limits: 3 boards per space, 5collections per board, 10 items per collection, and up to3 members per space. Pro removes them, for US$5 a month or US$48 a year. Taxes may be added at checkout, depending on where you live.

Dodo Payments sells Pro as the merchant of record, so your payment and receipt come from Dodo. Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Pro ends once the retries do.

If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. Discount and access codes are personal, cannot be exchanged for money, and may expire.

When Pro ends, everything you saved stays. You can still see and edit it, but you cannot add more past the Free limits.

The service

We work to keep Omamo running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If we ever shut Omamo down, we will tell you at least 30 days before, so you can take your data with you.

Ending

You can stop using Omamo at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Liability

Omamo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts decide any dispute.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its date, and email you about changes that matter. Using Omamo after a change means you accept it.
