Refund policy

When you can get a refund

• Your first payment for Pro, monthly or yearly: a full refund if you ask within 14 days.
• A yearly renewal: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
• A monthly renewal: not refunded. Cancel any time in Settings to stop the next charge; Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for.

How to ask

Write to kotharidhruv25@gmail.com from the email you sign in with. You do not need to give a reason. A refund also cancels the subscription, and your account goes back to Free.

How you are paid back

Dodo Payments, which sells Pro for us, returns the money to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund when the refund policy is being abused, for example with repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles.
